فعالية رأس المال الاستثماري في تمويل المشاريع بالجزائر –دراسة تحليلية-

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز واقع نشاط رأس المال الاستثماري في الجزائر وتقييم فعاليته كآلية تمويلية بديلة للتمويل التقليدي للمشاريع الاستثمارية، وذلك من خلال تحليل أداء الشركات الممارسة لنشاط رأس المال الاستثماري خلال الفترة 2017-2020. توصلت الدراسة الى أن سوق رأس المال الاستثماري في الجزائر لايزال محتشما رغم مرور ثلاث عقود من انشاء أول شركة ممارسة للنشاط، وهذا راجع الى العديد من العقبات التي تحول دون تحقيق الغاية المرجوة منه، أهمها عدم جاهزية السوق المالي الجزائري لتوطين هذه الآلية التمويلية، عدم كفاءة سوق رأس المال الاستثماري في الجزائر، المشاكل التي تواجهها شركات رأس المال الاستثماري مع الشركات الممولة تعيق التسيير الجيد لمواردها المالية. كما خلصت الدراسة الى أن قروض الاستثمار وقرض الايجار تبقى محل جذب اهتمام المستثمرين الجزائريين أكثر من التمويل برأس المال الاستثماري. This study aims to highlight the reality of private equity activity in Algeria, and evaluate its effectiveness as an alternative financing mechanism for traditional financing to finance investment projects. Through analysing the performance of companies practicing this activity during the period 2017-2020. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the private equity market in Algeria is still modest after three decades have passed since the establishment of the first company practicing the activity, due to many obstacles that prevent it from achieving the desired goal, including the lack of readiness of the Algerian financial market to receive this financing mechanism, ineffectiveness of the private equity market in Algeria, problems that face private equity campanies with campanies that have been financed which impeded the good management of their financial resources. The study also concluded that investment loans and rental loans remain more attractive to Algerian investors attention than financing with private equity.
