الملخص
يتناول البحث دراسة وتحليل المدن الذكية ومتطلبات إنشائها، حيث يتطلب إنشاء المدن الذكية دراسة وتحليل للحاضر والمستقبل, كما يتناول البحث مفهوم المدينة الذكية من خلال توضيح معنى المدينة الذكية، ويوضح البحث مستويات المدينة الذكية وأبعادها ومكوناتها، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على متطلباتها, وتطبيقاتها فى مصر والمغرب. لذا يُعد هذا البحث مساهمة علمية للاستفادة من التقنيات الذكية فى تخطيط المدن، وآليات تحويل المدن القائمة إلى مدن ذات تقنيات ذكية، واقتراح رؤية مستقبلية للاستفادة من التقنيات الذكية فى إنشاء مدن ذكية جديدة خاصةً فى الوطن العربى. Abstract: This research deals with study and analysis of smart cities and requirements for their creation. Creating smart cities requires study and analysis of the present and the future, the research also deals with smart city concept through clarifying the linguistic meaning of the smart city, and it demonstrates city levels, dimensions and components in addition to identifying its requirements and applications in Egypt and Morocco. So this research is a scientific contribution to benefit from smart technologies in city planning and mechanisms to transform existing cities into which with intelligent technologies, and suggest a future vision, to benefit from smart technologies in creation of new smart cities in the Arab world.
