The Role Of Investment Policies In Attracting Foreign Direct Investment In Algeria Durring The Period: 2001 - 2015

Abstract
This study aims to clarify the reality of policies towards foreign direct investment in Algeria and evaluate its role in attracting foreign direct investment. We have shown that investment policies in Algeria have evolved considerably from devoting the principle of freedom of investment to a restrictive protectionist policy, More restrictive FDI investment policies were adopted, the most important being the requirement of partnership by a local majority. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان واقع السياسات تجاه الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر وتقييم دورها في جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر. حيث بينا أن سياسات الاستثمار في الجزائر تطورت بشكل ملحوظ من تكريس مبدأ حرية الاستثمار، إلى سياسة تقييدية حمائية، حيث اعتمدت سياسات استثمار أكثر تقييدا للاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، الأكثر أهمية متطلب الشراكة بأغلبية محلية.
