التمرينات الحركية وفاعليتها في تطوير بعض السلوكيات الحركية لتلاميذ الطور الابتدائي (6-8)سنة لبلدية الجلفة

الملخص
من أصعب ما يوجهه المعلم وإدارة المدرسة هو انتشار المشكلات السلوكية التي تعتبر عامـل تحـدي للنظام التربوي وقيم المجتمع، ورغم أن مهمة المدرسة كواقع طبيعي نتيجة المتغيرات المستجدة في المجتمـع لا تقتصر على التعليم والتربية بل تتجاوز ذلك لتجد الحلول لهذه المشاكل بصورة عامة، ورغم أن الغالبيـة مـن التلاميذ يتمتعون بسلوك اجتماعي قيمي عالي، فإن الأقلية منهم يتصرفون بشكل عدواني وتخريبي، مما يـسبب تأثيراً سلبياً متفاوتاً على المناخ الصفي، وزعزعة الاستقرار والنظام المدرسي وتشويش عملية التفاعل الصفي، حيث تمثل مشكلات السلوك ولا تزال واحدة من أهم المسائل التي يوليها المعلمون عناية خاصة، فقد كانت نظرة المعلمين لمشكلات السلوك من الناحية التاريخية، تمثل في عملية التعلم ذلك الجانب الشائك الـذي لا بد من مواجهته بشكل ما، حتى يتقدم دولاب العمل المدرسي بهدوء وانتظام، فالمدرس الناشئ كان يخشى عـدم قدرته على فرض النظام، كما كان يخشى أن تعوزه الحيلة في أن يجعل التلاميذ يسلكون مسلكاً حـسناً، وكـان معيار الحكم على المدرس المحبوب يعتمد إلى حد بعيد على مدى سيطرته على الصف، ونجاحه فـي فـرض الهدوء والنظام والهدف من هذا أن يركز المدرس جهده على عملية التدريس التي يتم بها الهدف الأساسي وهو التعليم، ولا يتشتت انتباهه ومجهوده بالاهتمام بالمشكلات السلوكية العارضة ،حيث تمحورت هاته الدراسة على 20 تلميذ للطور الإبتدائي في سن 6-8 بهدف معرفة مامدى فاعلية التمرينات الحركية في تطوير السلوكيات الحركية الإيجابية . إشكالية الدراسة: -هل لتمرينات الحركية فاعلية في تطوير بعض السلوكيات الحركية الايجابية لدى تلاميذ الطور الابتدائي (6-8) سنة ؟ :Abstract One of the most difficult issues that the teacher and the school administration faces is the spread of behavioral problems which are regarded as a challenge factorfor the educational system and society values. Although the school’s role, as a natural reality resulting from the emerging changes in society, is not limited to education and teaching, rather goes beyond that to find solutions to these problems in general.Although the majority of pupils enjoy high social value behavior, some of them behave in an aggressive and disruptive manner, which causes an uneven negative impact on the classroom climate, destabilizing the school system and disrupting the classroom interaction process. In fact, behavior problems have always been and still are one of the most significant issues that teachers pay particular attention to. Historically, teachers’ perception of behavioral problems was that thorny aspect in the learning process that must be confronted in some way so that the school work can proceed calmly and regularly. The young teacher feared his inability to impose order and make students behave well as the criterion for judging the loved teacher depended, to a large extent, on his ability to control the class and his success in imposing calm and order. The goal is for the teacher to focus his efforts on the teaching process where the main objective is education and not to be distracted by occasional behavioral problems. This study has focused on 20 primary school pupils (6-8) years old aiming at finding out the extent to which motion exercises can be effective in developing some positive motion behaviors. :The Problematic of the Study ?To what extent can motion exercises be effective in developing some positive motion behaviors among primary school pupils (6-8) years old
