Résumé

Cette étude vise de montrer l’effet des responsables créatifs sur la performance des travailleurs dans la société NAFTAL, centre d’asphalte d’Ain Séfra en Algérie. Car le succès des organisations des travaux développées a besoin des compétences créatives de la ressource humaine. L’étude a conclu qu’en fonction de l’approche descriptive et analytique, que le travail dans un climat de créativité et de développement continuels a un grand impact positif sur les idées, les opérations et la technologie. Cela a entrainé le bon fonctionnement des société vers le progrès, le développement et rester dans l’apogée. The aim of this study is to highlight the impact of creative leadership on the performance of the staff in the company NAFTAL, asphalt center of Ain Séfra. Because the success of organizations depends heavily on the creative skills of the human element. The study concluded that depending on the descriptive and analytical approach, that working in a climate of continuous creativity and development has a great positive impact on ideas, operations and technology. This has led to the smooth functioning of societies towards progress, development and staying in the pinnacle.
