النظرة إلى المرض في المغرب الإسلامي خلال القرن 5-10هـ/11-16م

الملخص
يعتبر البحث في تاريخ الذهنيات في بلاد المغرب خلال العصر الوسيط من الأمور الملغزة، خاصة في ظل صيام المصادر الكلاسيكية والمراجع عن الحديث في مثل هذا التاريخ، وكون غالب اهتمامها كان بالمواضيع الكلاسيكية المعروفة التي تتناول سير الجيوش وتولي العرش، وما تناولته من مواضيع غير هذا ورد فيها عرضا عن غير قصد، و تحت هذا النوع يمكن إدراج النظرة إلى المرض في المغرب الأوسط خلال العصر الوسيط المتأخر، والبحث في هذا النوع المواضيع لم ينل نصيبه من الكتابة التاريخية، إلا أننا لا ننفي وجود بعض الدراسات الجادة في هذا المجال إلا أنها لا تشفي غليل الباحث، كونها تعتبر اللبنات الأولى لهذا المجال من البحث، ويزداد أمر البحث في مثل هذه المواضيع تعقيدا كون من يريد ولوجه وجب عليه الاعتماد على ألوان مصدرية بديلة كتب المناقب وكتب الفقه والنوازل وكتب الرحلة والجغرافيا وغيرها من المصادر البديلة، والتي باعتمادها يمكن ترميم ثغرات هذا البحث وتجاوز المطبات التي يمكن الوقوع فيها في حالة تجاوزها وعدم استعمالها. ويعتبر البحث في مثل هذا النوع من المواضيع من الأهمية بمكان كونه يعالج قضية تتعلق بصحة الإنسان وحياته فبصحته وشفائه تستقيم حياته وبمرضه وسقمه يتغير مزاجه ويفسد حاله، وقضية الصحة والمرض تشمل جميع فئات المجتمع وجميع أطيافه فهو لا يراعي سنا ولا جنسا ولا مرتبة اجتماعية، انطلاقا من ذلك سعت ساكنة بلاد المغرب إلى محاولة البحث عن الاعتناء بأبدانهم وصحتهم، فبحثوا عن التداوي وكان ذلك على حسب تراتبيتهم الاجتماعية، ومستواهم الثقافي. Abstract: Researching in mentalities' history in the Maghreb during the medieval period is considered from the mysteries, especially because of the lack of classical sources and references and its interest was in known classical topics that deal with the armies and the assumption of the throne, and dealing with other themes was unintentionally, and under this type, disease can be included in the Islamic Maghreb during the medieval period, and research in this type of topics did not get much luck from the historical writing, but we do not deny the existence of some serious studies in this field, but it is not enough for the researcher, as it is considered the first building blocks of this field of research, and the research in such topics is complicated because who wants to deal with it must rely on various alternate sources of manners' books , books of fiqah, cataclysms, trips' books, geography and other alternative sources, which by adopting it can restore the gaps of this research and exceed the bumps that can trappe if they are passed or not used. The research on this type of topic is important as it deals with an issue related to human health and life, so his health and recovery upright his life, with his disease and illness his mood changes and spoils his life. The issue of health and disease include all the society segments,it does not consider for age, gendre or social tank. so, all the Maghreb inhabitants tried to find care for their bodies and health and searched for medication, and that was according to their social hierarchy and cultural leve
