مستوي الطموح لدى المراهقين المتمدرسين وعلاقته بأساليب إدارة وقت الفراغ لديهم في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي دراسة ميدانية ببعض ثانويات ولاية خنشلة

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين مستويات الطموح و إدارة وقت الفراغ لدى المراهق المتمدرس في المرحلة الثانوية ،وكذا الكشف عن مستويات الطموح لديه و أهم الأساليب والطرق التي ينتهجها المراهق المتمدرس في إدارة وقت فراغه ، ذلك لغرض مساعدة التلميذ المتمدرس على بناء مشروعه الشخصي من خلال تحديد مستويات طموحه وأهدافه المستقبلية،وتكمن أهمية الدراسة الحالية في حاجة التلميذ في هذه المرحلة إلى معرفة مستوى طموحه وتحديده وأيضا إدارة وقت فراغه للتمكن من تحقيق ما يطمح إليه، و قد اعتمدت الباحثتان للتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة الحالية على المنهج الوصفي "الارتباطي"، شملت عينة الدراسة (90) مراهق متمدرس بالمرحلة الثانوية (ذكور/إناث) بولاية خنشلة و ذلك خلال السنة الدراسية 2019/2020 ، وقد استخدمت الباحثتان كل من مقياسي مستوى الطموح و أساليب إدارة وقت الفراغ للمراهق المتمدرس في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي،و في الأخير توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:يتمتع أفراد عينة الدراسة بمستوى طموح مرتفع، الأساليب الأكثر اعتمادا للمراهق المتمدرس في إدارة وقت فراغه هي أساليب هدر الوقت .وجود علاقة ارتباطيه بين مستوي الطموح وأساليب إدارة وقت الفراغ للمراهق المتمدرس في المرحلة الثانوية. The current study aimed to reveal the relationship between levels of ambition and leisure time management for a teenager studying at the secondary stage, as well as to reveal his levels of ambition and the most important methods and methods used by the schooled teenager in managing his spare time, for the purpose of helping the school student build his personal project from While determining his ambition levels and future goals, and the importance of the current study lies in the student’s need at this stage to know the level of his ambition and define it and also to manage his spare time in order to be able to achieve what he aspires to. The two researchers have relied to verify the hypotheses of the current study on the descriptive “correlative” approach.The sample of the study included (90) schooling adolescents at the secondary stage (males / females) in the state of Khenchela during the 2019/2020 academic year, and the two researchers used both measures of the level of ambition and methods of managing leisure time for a teenager attending secondary education, Finally, the study reached the following results: The study sample members have a high level of ambition. The most relied methods for the educated teenager in managing his spare time are the methods of wasting time. There is a correlation between the level of ambition and the methods of managing free time for the educated teenager in the secondary stage.
