الوالدية الرقمية الجيدة ودورها في حماية حقوق الأطفال الرقمية "دراسة نظرية تحليلية"

الملخص
تعد حماية الأطفال من المحتوى الضار، والمضلل، وجميع أشكال العنف التي تحدث في البيئة الرقمية، بما في ذلك الاتجار بالأطفال، والعنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي، والاستغلال الجنسي وكذلك الحق في الوصول إلى العالم الرقمي والاستفادة منه في تطوير الذات واشباع الحاجات النفسية والاجتماعية من الحقوق الطبيعية للطفل في العصر الراهن، وبما أن الطفل كائن قاصر لا حول له ولا قوة فإن مسؤولية حمايته تتضاعف إذ ترجع هذه المسؤولية على عاتق الدولة والقانون، ولهذا تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة الكشف عن مسؤولية الوالدين على اعتبار أنهما الركن الركين والحصن الحصين الذي من واجبه حماية الطفل وتلبية حاجياته، والحفاظ على حقوقه بما في ذلك الحقوق الرقمية، وقد جاءت دراستنا بعنوان الوالدية الرقمية الجيدة ودورها في حماية حقوق الأبناء الرقمية وهي دراسة نظرية تم الاعتماد فيها على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للوصول إلى بعض النتائج والتي نذكر من أبرزها أن الوالدية الرقمية الجيدة يرشد الآباء والأمهات ويوجههم نحو الطريق السليم للمحافظة على حقوق الأطفال الرقمية. Protecting children from harmful and misleading content, and all forms of violence that occur in the digital environment, including child trafficking, gender-based violence, sexual exploitation as well as the right to access and benefit from the digital world for self-development and satisfaction of psychosocial needs is a right The natural nature of the child in the present era, and since the child is a helpless minor being, the responsibility to protect him is doubled, as this responsibility falls on the shoulders of the state and the law, and for this reason this study aims to try to reveal the responsibility of the parents on the grounds that they are the main pillar and the fortress whose duty it is to protect the child and meet his needs, and preserve his rights, including digital rights, Our study was entitled Good digital parenting and its role in protecting children’s digital rights. It is a theoretical study in which the descriptive analytical approach was relied on to reach some results, the most important of which we mention is that good digital parenting guides parents and directs them towards the right path to preserve children’s digital rights.
