الأزمة السورية: من الاحتجاج السلمي إلى التدخل الدولي

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف الورقة البحثية إلى الإحاطة بحيثيات الأزمة السورية، مع إبراز الأسباب المباشرة وغير المباشرة التي كانت وراء اندلاع الفعل الاحتجاجي، وتحديد أهم الفواعل الداخلية والخارجية المؤثِّرة في مجريات الأزمة، وكذا الانعكاسات الخطيرة على مختلف المستويات التي خلّفها فشل الحل السلمي؛ كما تم استعراض السيناريوهات المحتملة لمستقبل الأزمة السورية. وخلصت الدراسة بتقديم أهم نتيجة لمعالجة الوضع الداخلي السوري تتمثل في ضرورة تحقيق توافق سوري-سوري، وتوحيد الرؤى والاتجاهات بين مختلف الأطراف الداخلية، مع إلزامية تجنب التدخلات الخارجية في الشأن السوري. Abstract: The research paper aims at briefing the circumstances of the Syrian crisis, highlighting the direct and indirect causes that were behind the outbreak of the protest, and identifying the most important internal and external factors influencing the course of the crisis, as well as the dangerous repercussions at various levels led by the failure of peaceful solution; possible scenarios for the future of the Syrian crisis were also reviewed. The study concluded by presenting the most important result of addressing the Syrian internal situation represented in the necessity of achieving Syrian-Syrian consensus, unifying visions and trends between the various internal parties, with the obligation to keep away from external interference in Syrian affairs.
