الجهود العربية الإقليمية لحماية حقوق الطفل

الملخص
تحتل حماية حقوق الطفل مكانة كبيرة في المواثيق الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، سواء على الصعيد العالمي أو الإقليمي، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مضمون حماية حقوق الطفل ضمن النظام العربي لحقوق الإنسان ومدى فاعليتها، وذلك من خلال تناول المواثيق العربية لحقوق الإنسان العامة منها بالإضافة إلى تلك الخاصة بحقوق الطفل، وكذا التطرق إلى مختلف الجهود العربية الأخرى في مجال حماية حقوق الطفل العربي، مع الإشارة إلى واقع الطفولة العربية في ظل هذه الجهود. The child rights’ protection has a great importance in the international conventions of the human rights at the world level as well as at the regional level. In this regard the study aims at addressing the effectiveness of the protection of the child rights in the Arab human rights system, by dealing with the general Arab conventions on human rights in addition to those concerned with the child rights. besides to the other efforts that are made by the Arab countries to protect the rights of the Arab child. We will also address the reality of Arab childhood in light of these efforts.
