الملخص
حوى هذا البحث الموسوم باسم (الوقف الترفيهي المبتكَر: وقف الحدائق أنموذجاً، فكرة مشروع وقفي مقترحة) والقائم على منهجَي الوصف والاستنباط، مشروعية وقف الحديقة ومقوّمات هذا الوقف بعد انحتام شرعيّته، واقتراح مصرفٍ له. وقد انتهى إلى أنّ وقف الحديقة على الناس جميعاً لحاجة الترفُّه جائزٌ شرعاً، ومؤيَّد برؤى دولة الإمارات العربية المتّحدة من حيث تخضير المحلّة ومن حيث تعميم فكرة بذل الخير في المجتمع. وأنّه يصحّ صرف غلّة الوقف الخيري إلى دعم المسابقات العلمية، فإنّ هذا المصرف متأيّد بكونه خادماً للعلم وطلبته. || This research which is named by (Creative Entertaining Waqf: Gardens As An Example, A Proposed Waqfi Project Idea) and based on description and analysis approaches, contained the specification of the legality of the Garden waqf and the elements, and it proposed the bank for thos waqf. The study concluded that endowing the garden on all people for the need of luxury is legally permissible, and it is supported by the visions of the United Arab Emirates in terms of greening the area and in terms of spreading the idea of doing good deeds in society. Furthermore, it is correct to spend the proceeds of the charitable endowment to support the epistemic competitions, Sharia’, etc.
