الملخص

سعياً منها للتقليص من معضلة البطالة، منحت الدولة الجزائرية للشباب خريجي الجامعات والمعاهد الوطنية والتكوين المهني عبر أنحاء الوطن، برامج تشغيل و سخرت مؤسسات ووكلات مخولة بإعطائه الفرصة للاستفادة من مناصب شغل دائمة أو محددة المدة بحسب نوع البرنامج المنتمى إليه وذلك لترقية سياسة التشغيل. لذا فإن هذه الدراسة تعنى بالتعرف على هذه الآليات ضمن سوق العمل ومدى نجاعتها وموازاتها مع سياسة التشغيل المتبعة في الجزائر والآثار المترتبة عنها، إلا انه بعد تحليل وفرز المعطيات داخل هذه الورقة تبين أن هذه الحلول مازالت مؤقتة ولم تؤدي الدور المنتظر منها بسبب محدودية مدتها. In an effort to reduce the unemployment dilemma, the Algerian state granted young graduates of universities, national institutes and vocational training across the country with employment programs and harnessed institutions and agencies authorized to give them the opportunity to take advantage of permanent or fixed-term jobs according to the type of program they belong to, in order to upgrade the employment policy. Therefore, this study is concerned with identifying these mechanisms within the labor market and the extent of their effectiveness and in parallel with the employment policy adopted in Algeria and the implications for them. But after analyzing and sorting the data inside this paper, it was found that these solutions are still temporary and did not fulfill the expected role due to their limited duration.
