الملخص
تشكل العلاقة بين المحترف والتدخل اهتمام الدولة ،خاصة وأن المتدخل يتبوأ قوة اقتصادية يهيمن بها على أطراف العلاقة،الامر الذي تطلب تدخل القانون سواء في اطار القواعد العامة أو القوانين الخاصة لحماية المستهلك، بل امتدت الحماية لتشمل المستهلك الالكتروني بتكريس مبادئ لضمان أمن وصحة المستهلك، تأتي هاته الورقة البحثية لتسليط الضوء على مبدأ الالتزام بضمان السلامة . Abstract: The relationship between the professional and the interventionist constitutes the state’s concern, especially since the interventionist occupies an economic power that dominates the parties of this relationship, which required the intervention of the law, whether within the framework of general rules or special laws for consumer protection. Rather, protection extended to include the electronic consumer by devoting principles to ensure the safety and health of the consumer. This research paper sheds light on the principle of commitment to safety
