إعادة اكتشاف الحوكمة من منظور تاريخي: قراءة في السياقات والتصورات

الملخص

The concept of governance constitutes a conflicting structure at the epistemological level, despite his deep background in political history. In order to provide a synthetic and accurate view of the contexts of his rediscovery, the researcher used a historical-genealogical approach. This is in order to investigate its silent beginnings, and to monitor the dynamics that marked the concept and its interruptions. The study concluded that governance is a concept that is conceived according to the historical transformations that societies are experiencing, and it is employed according to local (urban governance), national (China's state model of governance), regional (European governance), international (good governance) or global (global governance) agendas.
