الملخص
ملخص: تناول هذا البحث التعريف بالتفسير لغة واصطلاحا، كما تطرق إلى ذكر تاريخ التفسير وبيان مراحل تدوينه، وذكر بعض مناهج التفسير، وأشهر المفسرين من الصحابة رضوان الله عليهم والتابعين وأتباعهم. كما تناول البحث ذكر المدرسة الأندلسية للتفسير مع بيان خملة من خصائصها التي ميزتها عن غيرها. كما تطرق لمنهج الإمام القرطبي رحمه الله في تفسيره لآيات الأحكام مع ذكر نبذة مختصرة عن هذا الإمام المفسر . Summary : This research treats the literal and conventional definition of an exegesis of the Holy Coran, it deals with the history of exegesis, as well as the different stages of its recording, also it mentions some of the exegetical methodologies, in addition, it cites the most famous exegetes amongst the companions (may Allah bless them all) of the Prophet Muhammad (greetings and prayers of Allah be upon him) and their successors and the successors of the latters (may the mercy of Allah be upon them all). Furthermore, the research dealt with the Andalusian exegetical school, highlighting a bunch of its specific characteristics vis à vis other exegetical schools. Moreover, it handled the methodology of Imam Kortobi in its exegesis of legislative Coranic verses, with a slight summary of the biography of this exegete Imam.
