الملخص

شهد العالم موجه خوف و هلع و فزع هز الإنسانية برمتها نتيجة ظهور فيروس الكورونا المستجد بداية من الصين في ديسمبر 2019 ليعم كل أنحاء العالم نظرا لانتشاره السريع . فقد حصد هذا الفيروس التاجي عدد كبير من أرواح البشر ، الأمر الذي زاد من حدة القلق و دفع الدولة إلى إعادة تنظيم استراتيجياتها . و قد تجسد ذلك في توسيع دائرة الرقابة الأمنية و الصحة على الناس، و تبني استراتيجية السياسة الحيوية من خلال العودة الى ما أشار اليه ميشال فوكو، و السعي إلى التفكير في الحجر الصحي سواء الكلي أو الجزئي. المهم تحقيق التباعد حتى لا يؤثر ذلك على تخريب النسيج الاجتماعي ، إذ أصبح كل فرد يشكل خطر على الآخر . واتخذت الدولة أرقى الوسائل و أحدث التقنيات من أجل رقابة صارمة على المواطن خاصة بعدما خرج الوضع الصحي عن السيطرة أين وجدت السلطات المعنية نفسها عاجزة عن تقديم الرعاية الطبية، وغياب الانضباط العالمي فيما يخص التلقيحات اللازمة . كل ذلك ينتج عن التفشي السريع للفيروس القاتل، فخطورة الفيروس جعلت المواطن ينصاع لكل ما يأمر به حتى و إن كان ذلك على حساب حريته الشخصية. و المهم يتجاوز مرحلة الخطر و في الوقت نفسه اتخذت الكثير من الدول آلية الرقابة مصدر للسلطة و فرض السيطرة على المواطنين. The world has witnessed a wave of fear, panic and dread that shook humanity as a result of the emergence of the new corona virus, beginning in china in December 2019. To prevail all over the world due to its rapid spread. This corona virus has claimed a large number of human lives, which has heightened anxiety and prompted the country to reorganize its strategies. This was embodied in the expansion of the security and health control department over people, adopting a vital policy strategy by going back to what Michel Foucault had indicated, and seeking to think about quarantine, whether total or partial. The important thing is to achieve separation so as not affect the sabotage of the social fabric, as each individual has become a danger to the other. The state took the finest means and the latest technology to impose strict control on citizens, especially after the health situation got out of control, where the relevant authorities found themselves unable to provide medical care, and the absence of global discipline regarding the necessary vaccinations. All of these results from the rapid spread of the deadly virus, the danger of the virus has caused the citizen to comply with everything he orders, even if at the expense of his personal freedom .
