عوامل الإخفاق المدرسي في التّعليم الثانوي

الملخص
نودّ عبر هذا العمل الإجابة عن عدّة أسئلة نعتبر طرحها ضروريا لفهم ظاهرة الفشل المدرسي من قبيل ما هي العوامل الحقيقيّة للفشل المدرسي للتّلاميذ بصفة عامّة ولتلاميذ المرحلة الثانويّة بصفة خاصّة؟ وكيف يتمثّل هؤلاء التّلاميذ فشلهم، وإلى ماذا يعزون إخفاقاتهم المدرسيّة، وهل يتأثّر تفسير التّلاميذ لفشلهم المدرسي بنوعهم الاجتماعي وبالوضع الاقتصادي والانتماء الاجتماعي لأسرهم ونوعيّة التّوجيه المدرسي ومستوياتهم الدّراسيّة، وما هي دلالات هذا الفشل على المستوى الفردي والعائلي والمدرسي والمجتمعي. إنّ محاولتنا البحث في كيفيّة تفسير الفرد لفشله مردّه قناعتنا بأنّ تغيير الفرد لسلوكه يبدأ بوعيه بوضعيّته وتحليله العميق لواقعه وإيمانا منّا بأنّ الفرد قادر على تغيير وضعه رغم كلّ الظروف القاسية التي تفرض عليه وسنعمل على: - تقديم مقترحات وبدائل من شأنها المساهمة في الإصلاح التّربوي المستقبلي في بلادنا. - المساهمة في إثراء علم اجتماع التّربية من خلال بحث ميداني يتناول ظاهرة تربويّة مهمّة. - تناول ظاهرة الفشل المدرسي وتحليلها واقتراح الحلول المناسبة لتجاوزها في نظامنا التّربوي التّونسي. - المساهمة في إعطاء تصوّر لدفع التّنمية من خلال توضيح دور التّكوين المهني وتكامله مع التّعليم الثانوي والتّعليم العالي في تطوير الاقتصاد الوطني. - توضيح الدّور المهمّ لتكامل المنهج الكمّي والمنهج الكيفي في معالجة المواضيع السوسيولوجيّة. - فهم تمثّلات المراهقين والشّباب و تحليل سلوكاتهم في السّياق التّربوي. Abstract: Factors of school failure in secondary education Summary: Through this work, we would like to answer several questions that we consider necessary to understand the phenomenon of school failure, such as what are the real factors of school failure for students in general and for secondary school students in particular? How do these students represent their failure? To what do they attribute their school failures? Is the students’ interpretation of their school failure affected by their social gender, economic status, social affiliation to their families, the quality of school guidance and their academic levels? What are the implications of this failure at the individual, family, school and societal levels? Our attempt to research how an individual explains his failure is due to our conviction that changing an individual’s behavior begins with his awareness of his situation and a deep analysis of his reality and our belief that an individual is capable of changing his situation despite all the harsh conditions imposed on him. We will work on: Presenting proposals and alternatives that would contribute to the future educational reform in our country. Contribute to enriching the sociology of education through field research dealing with an important educational phenomenon. Addressing and analyzing the phenomenon of school failure and proposing appropriate solutions to overcome it in our Tunisian educational system. Contribute to giving a vision to advance development by clarifying the role of vocational training and its integration with secondary and higher education in developing the national economy. - Clarifying the important role of integrating the quantitative and qualitative approaches in addressing sociological issues. Understanding the representations of adolescents and youth and analyzing their behavior in the educational context.
