الملخص

الملخص نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تشريح موضوع النشر الإلكتروني من خلال تعريفه وذكر أهم مزاياه، مع شرح دور الوسائط الجديدة للإتصال في توعية المواطن للإقبال على التلقيح ضد جائحة كورونا كوفيد-19، لاسيما أمام الإرتفاع الجنوني لمعدل الاصابات بالفيروس التاجي في العالم والجزائر. وفي السياق نفسه، نتناول مفهوم الإعلام الصحي وأهميته في تجسيد الخدمة العمومية الهادفة إلى التوعية والتثقيف الصحي بضرورة تطبيق التدابير الوقائية للحد من انتشار خطورة وعدوى فيروس كورونا المتمثلة في إحترام إجراءات الحجر الصحي وإرتداء القناع الواقي وغيرها من التدابير. كما سنركز على التلقيح الذي يعد من الاجراءات الوقائية لتفادي المضاعفات والحالات الحرجة جراء الاصابة بالفيروس، بإعتباره يقوي الجهاز المناعي ويشكل في مراحله الأولى مايسمى بالمناعة الذاتية للشخص، بعدها المناعة الجماعية وهذا بعد تلقيح الجميع الذي يعد كضرورة ، خاصة مع خطورة متحور دلتا الذي يعد أسرع وأخطر سلالات فيروس كورونا لحد الساعة. Abstract: Through this research paper , we aim to dissect the theme of electronic publishing by identifying it and indicating its main strengths ,Also by explaining the role of the new communication Media in raising citizens' awareness of the need to be vaccinated against the Corona virus pandemic, particularly, in view of the number of contaminations of Covid-19 throughout the world and in Algeria. Within this context , we will discuss the concept of health information and its importance in the realization of public service aimed at awareness and health education and the need to apply preventive measures in order to limit its spread and the severity of contamination by the Corona virus, namely ,the respect of lockdown procedures , the wearing of masks and other measures. We will also focus on vaccination as a preventive measure in order to avoid all complications and critical cases due to the contamination of the Corona virus , given that the vaccination boosts the immune system which constitutes at first a personal immunity and then a social immunity after a collective vaccination , which is more than essential regarding the gravity of the Delta variant, one of the fastest and most harmful variants until now.
