معوقات المنــاخ المـدرسي التي لها علاقة بالأداء المهنـي لأساتذة التربية البدنية الرياضية في الطور المتوسط

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف أهم معوقات المناخ المدرسي التي لها علاقة بالأداء المهني لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في بعض متوسطات بلدية عين وسارة ولاية الجلفة وكذا معرفة تأثير هذه المعوقات على التطوير من أدائهم المهني، وقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على استمارة الاستبانة بعد عرضها على المحكمين ثم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة والذي بلغ عددهم 32 أستاذ(ة)، ولتحليل وتفسير النتائج تم استخدام الوسائل الإحصائية التالية: النسبة المؤوية، وكا2 . وبعد جمع المعلومات وتحليلها إحصائيا تبين لنا أن من أهم المعوقات السائدة في المدارس و التي تعيق الأساتذة عن تطوير أدائهم المهني وهي الجو الذي توفره المدرسة وكذا الإمكانيات التي تسير بها الحصة. This study aimed to identify the most important obstacles to the school climate that are related to the professional performance of teachers of physical education and sports in some of the municipality averages of Ain and Sarah, Wilayat of Djelfa, as well as to know the effect of these obstacles on the development of their professional performance, and we have relied in this study on the questionnaire form after presenting it to the arbitrators and then Distributing them to the study sample, which numbered 32 professors, and to analyze and interpret the results, the following statistical methods were used: percentage, and KA 2. After collecting the information and analyzing it statistically, it became clear to us that one of the most important obstacles that hinder teachers from developing and that it has a close relationship with their professional performance is the atmosphere provided by the school as well as the capabilities that the class runs.
