البيوإيتيقا في الدين والقانون

الملخص
إن التطور المذهل الذي أحدثه الإنسان في مجال علوم المادة الحية والبحوث الطبية على وجه الخصوص، أثار التساؤل حول القيمة الأخلاقية للتقنيات الطبية الجديدة التي أصبحت في كثير من الأحيان تهدد بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر الكيان الإنساني وكل ما يحيط به، مما أدى إلى ظهور مفاهيم جديدة كالبيوإيتيقا. فالنقاش لم يعد فلسفيا محضا، بل اتسع ليشمل رؤية الدين والقانون وغيرهما للحد من التساؤلات المثارة حول أخلاقية التقنيات الطبية الجديدة، مما ينم عن تلاقي العلوم وتكاملها لخلق دينامية فكرية بين جميع التخصصات من أجل الحفاظ على كيان الإنسان وكرامته. وبالرغم من أن "البيوإيتيقا" أصبحت مرجعية عمومية لمواجهة التحديات التي تطرحها الثورات العلمية الجديدة في عدد من المجالات، إلا أنها لا تعد خطابا معارضا للتكنولوجيا والتقدم العلمي، وإنما هو خطاب يرسم الخطوط الحمراء التي يجب عدم تجاوزها لما يشكله ذلك التجاوز من أخطار على الإنسان والحياة. The astonishing development made by man in the field of living matter sciences and medical research in particular, raised the question about the ethical value of new medical technologies, which often directly or indirectly threaten the human entity and everything that surrounds it, which led to the emergence of new concepts as bioethics. The debate is no longer purely philosophical, but has expanded to include the vision of religion, law and others to reduce the questions raised about the ethics of new medical technologies, which indicates the convergence and integration of sciences to create an intellectual dynamism between all disciplines in order to preserve human entity and dignity. Although "Bioethics" has become a general reference to confront the challenges posed by new scientific revolutions in a number of fields, it is not considered a discourse opposed to technology and scientific progress, but rather a discourse that draws red lines that must not be crossed because of the dangers that this transgression poses to humans and life.
