الملخص
أجمع الأوربيون على معايير موحدة لحقوق الانسان واحترام المثل العليا وحقوق الفرد والجماعة، لكن المعاملة مع الشعوب الأخرى أخذت شكلا آخر، إذ كانت لا تتم وفق مبادئ أو قوانين أخلاقية إنسانية، بل يحكمها انغلاق التفكير الأوروبي، على أفق النظرة المركزية الأوربية الضيقة، التي تسللت لأدبياتهم من موروثهم الثقافي والديني والعرقي، فأنتجت سياسة احتلال أرض الغير واستبدال شعب بشعب آخر، و ثقافة بثقافة، تلك السياسة تبنتها كل الدول الاستعمارية الأوربية ومنها فرنسا، والعجيب أن تلك الممارسات دافعت عنها نخب أوربية مثقفة، من أقصى اليمين إلى أقصى اليسار، وقد تعرضت الجزائر أثناء الاحتلال الفرنسي لتلك السياسة، وحول هذا الموضوع نحاول إلقاء الضوء. : The Europeans agreed on unified standards for human rights and respect for the ideals and the rights of the individual and the group, but the treatment with other peoples took another form, as it was not carried out according to humanitarian principles or laws, but rather it was governed by the closed European thinking that characterized some elites, according to the narrow view Which was produced by the theory of Eurocentrism, which infiltrated their literature from their cultural, religious and ethnic heritage, thus producing a policy of occupying a land that is not theirs, replacing a people with another people, and replacing one culture with another, this policy was adopted by all European colonial countries, including France, and it is strange that these bad practices defended About it European elites from the far right to the far left, under flimsy arguments, and Algeria was not spared during the French occupation from that policy, and in this We deal with the research paper on this topic.
