تجربة حفظ التراث المعماري: "المخطط الدائم لحفظ واستصلاح القطاع المحفوظ لمدينة تلمسان العتيقة أنموذجا"

الملخص
وضعت الجزائر نظاما خاصا لحماية تراثها المعماري، سواء بشكل فردي كمباني أثرية قائمة بذاتها أو حفظها ضمن تجمعات حضرية وهي ما يشكله النسيج المعماري المتضام من مدن تاريخية وقرى تقليدية لا تزال محافظة على طرازها المعماري التقليدي، ويمثل المخطط الدائم لحفظ واستصلاح القطاعات المحفوظة أحد وسائل الحماية المعتمدة في وقتنا الحالي، والذي يُستهل أولا بتصنيف هذه التجمعات الحضرية كقطاعات محفوظة وتعيين حدودها ليتم إعداد مخطط الحفظ الخاص بها ثانيا، وبذلك تدخل مرحة التطبيق الفعلي لحمايتها وحفظها. وتشكل مدينة تلمسان العتيقة أحد الركائز الحضارية التي تشهد على تاريخ المنطقة، وحظيت هي الأخرى باهتمام قطاع الثقافة ليتم وضع خطة لحمايتها وحفظ تراثها الأثري ضمن مخطط حفظ واستصلاح القطاعات المحفوظة، لتكون شاهدا على واقع حفظ وترميم التراث الأثري، وفي هذه الدراسة نهدف إلى تسليط الضوء على التجربة التي خاضتها مدينة تلمسان في حفظ وترميم تراثها الأثري من خلال المخطط الدائم لحفظ واستصلاح القطاع المحفوظ للمدينة العتيقة تلمسان. كلمات مفتاحية: المخطط الدائم لحفظ واستصلاح القطاع المحفوظ، مدينة تلمسان العتيقة، حفظ، ترميم. Abstract: Algeria has put in place a special system for the protection of its architectural heritage, either individually as distinct archaeological buildings or in urban communities, which his the form of the architectural fabric built up from historic cities and traditional villages that are still preserved in their traditional architectural style. The Permanent Conservation and Rehabilitation Scheme for Preserved Areas is one of the means of protection adoptedat the present time, which begins with the first classification of thes eurban communities as conserved areas and the delimitation of their boundariesso that the Conservation Scheme will beprepared second, there byproviding a pleasant intervention in the actual application of their protection and preservation. The ancient city of Tlemcen is one of the cultural pillars of the region'shistory, and it has also received the attention of the cultural sector, A plan for their protection and preservation of their archaeological heritage shall be drawn up within the Conservation and Restoration of Preserved Areas Scheme, whichs hallbearwitness to the conservation and restoration of the archaeological heritage. In this study, weaim to highlight the experience of the city of Tlemcen in the preservation and restoration of its archaeological heritage through the Permanent Conservation and Restoration Scheme of the preserved sector of the ancient city.
