مستوى السعادة النفسية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديمغرافية -دراسة ميدانية بولاية مستغانم-

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى السعادة النفسية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديمغرافية ، وتمّ اختيار عينة عشوائية تكونت من (151) أستاذا وأستاذة يعملون بمديرية التربية لولاية مستغانم.استخدم الباحثان استبيانا لقياس مستوى السعادة النفسية بعد التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية من خلال الدراسة الاستطلاعية ؛ وبعد تطبيقه ميدانيا و إجراء عملية التحليل الإحصائي، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك مستوى مرتفع للسعادة النفسية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة ووفقا لزمان ومكان إجرائها. كما توصلت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى السعادة النفسية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي تعزى لمتغيرات بيئتهم وسنهم وأقدميتهم المهنية. Abstract: This study aims to identify the level of psychological happiness of primary school teachers in the light of certain demographic variables, and a random sample of 151 teachers working in the Mostaganem State Department of Education was selected. The two researchers used a survey to measure the level of psychological happiness after determining its cycometic characteristics through the exploratory study; after applying it in the field and carrying out the statistical analysis, . The study found that there is a high level of psychological happiness among primary school teachers depending on the variables of the study, time and place of conduct. The results also revealed that there was no statistically significant difference in the level of psychological happiness of primary school teachers due to variables related to their environment, age and professional feet.
