الملخص
The purpose of the economic policies is to reach economic stability, which can realized through the three following main goals: high progress rates, controlling the inflation rates and reducing unemployment rates. The economic experiments showed that depending on central planning methods generally failed in reaching economic stability. However, economic liberalization doctrine followers called for setting market mechanism to liberate financial and business transactions in managing economic activities. يLiberating trade policies got a great interest in the economic reforming programs followed by the developing countries putting into consideration the importance of foreign trade in the economic growth level and in discharging of the economic surplus through borders depending on the opportunities that the economic globalization provides.
