الملخص
الملخص: إن الرهان الكبير الذي ينتظر الدول التي تسعى للخروج من التبعية بجميع أشكالها يتمثل في توظيف أنجع الأساليب التربوية الحديثة التي تضمن الجودة اللازمة للنهوض بالمنظومة التربوية حتى تستجيب للتطور العلمي الحاصل في ظل اقتصاد المعرفة. وعلى اعتبار أن البلد المتخلف اقتصاديا ما هو إلا البلد المتخلف تربويا، على حد قول أحد الباحثين التربويين، فإن الاستثمار في العنصر البشري لن يتأتى إلا بإصلاح المنظومة التربوية وذلك باللجوء إلى التجارب الرائدة عالميا على غرار بيداغوجيا الكفاءات. ونظرا للنتائج الجد ايجابية التي حققتها هذه التجربة في مختلف الدول التي كانت السباقة في تطبيق هذه المقاربة، فقد قامت الجزائر بتبني هذا المنظور التربوي تزامنا مع توجه نظامها السياسي نحو اقتصاد السوق والمعرفة. Title – Didactic and learning dualism under the approach with competencies Didactics of translation as a model Abstract: The big challenge that awaits countries seeking to exit dependency in all its forms is to employ the most effective modern educational methods that guarantee the quality necessary for the advancement of the educational system that responds to the global development taking place in light of the knowledge economy. And considering that the economically backward country is only the educationally backward country, according to one of the researchers, the investment in the human element will not come to the reform of the educational system by resorting to world-leading experiences such as the pedagogy of inclusion. In view of the results achieved by the experience of the pedagogy of inclusion in the various countries that were the forerunners in implementing this approach, the educational system in Algeria adopted this educational perspective in line with the orientation of the economic system towards a market economy.
