إستراتيجيات التعامل مع المشكلات من قبل الطلبة الجدد في جامعة وهران 2 في ضوء متغيري الوظيفة و التخصص

الملخص
Abstract : This study aims to uncover the coping strategies with problems by new students in the University of Oran 2 in light of the occupation and specialization variables, we have relied on the descriptive analytical approach interview and coping scale on a sample of (400) students enrolled in the first year in various disciplines taught at the University of Oran 2 for the 2017/2018 academic year . It was chosen by the random stratified method , according to the requirements of the study and its objectives , that is to determine the coping strategies with students in light of the Occupation and specialization variables , as we concluded in the end that the academic specialization does not affect the coping strategies with the psychological pressures resulting from the problems. As for the Occupation, the results showed that there are differences between students in favor of non-employees. الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن إستراتيجيات التعامل مع المشكلات من قبل الطلبة الجدد في جامعة وهران 2 في ضوء متغيري الوظيفة و التخصص حيث إعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال المقابلة و مقياس coping على عينة مكونة من (400) طالب مسجلون في السنة أولى من مختلف التخصصات المُدرّسة بجامعة وهران 2 للموسم الدراسي 2017/2018 , وقد اختيرت بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية ، حسب مستلزمات الدراسة وأهدافها , و ذالك قصد الوقوف على إستراتيجيات تعامل الطلبة في ضوء متغيرات الوظيفة التخصص , حيث توصلنا في الأخير إلى أن التخصص الدراسي لا يؤثر على أساليب تعامل مع الضغوط النفسية المترتبة عن المشكلات أما بخصوص الوظيفة فقد أظهرت النتائج عن وجود فروقات بين الطلبة لصالح الغير موظفين .
