Abstract

This research paper came to show the effect of empowerment on the job performance of employees, where it was addressed to define theoretical concepts about the empowerment of workers, and we also referred job performance As for the applied side, the questionnaire was relied on to collect data. The study reached a number of results, the most important is the presence of a statistically significant effect to enable workers to improve the job performance.
