الملخص
يمثل موضوع دراسة "الأعلام" محطّة هامة في المسار التاريخي للشعوب والأمم والأحواز والقبائل وحتى الأقليات في بعض الأحيان. لذلك وجب على الدّارسين لهذه الفئة وقفة تأمّل و تمحيص لحياة هؤلاء الذين أصبحوا مع مرّ الزّمن يمثلون جزءا من الذاكرة الوطنية و المحلية لاعتبارات عديدة منها، الانتمائية Appartenance والعرقية Race والإثنية Ethnique والدّينية Religieuse والإيديولوجية Idéologique وحتى لغرض "التسويق" Marketing في البعض من الأحيان.هذا ما دفعنا إلى اختيار أحد اعلام منطقة سيدي بلعباس، من منطلق واجب الاهتمام بالتاريخ المحلي لإبراز مميزات شخصيات محلية، ساهمت في الحركية التاريخية بمقاومة الاستعمار الفرنسي بكل الوسائل التي توفرت لديها. كما تمثل المساهمة في التعريف بأعلام منطقة ما جزء من كتابة التاريخ المحلي ومعه التاريخ العام للجزائر التي تزخر بنماذج وعينات في مجالات مختلفة ومتنوعة بحيث ترفع لها الأقلام م تنحني لها الرؤوس إجلالا واعترافا بما قدمت لبلادها من جهد فكري أثرى الحياة السياسية والثقافية للجزائر. من هذا المنطلق، جاءت ورقتنا العلمية التي تطرح إشكالية الدور الذي ساهم به "عزة عبد القادر" في البيئة المحلية والتعريف بشخصية مميّزة متمثلة في شخص شاعر المنطقة "مصطفى بن إبراهيم"، والتي عرّفت بمنطقة شاسعة وواسعة عرفت ببلاد "المكرّة". La Mekerra The subject of study devoted to local and national “Personalities” represents an important stage in the historical journey of peoples, nations, Ahwaz, tribes and sometimes-even minorities. Therefore, researchers in search of this segment of the population should pause and reflect on the lives of those who have become, over time, part of national and local memory due to many considerations, such as development, affiliation, race, ethnicity, religion, ideology, and sometimes even, for marketing purposes. As for discussing the region of Sidi Bel Abbes, and in particular, on its personalities, it is our duty to pay attention to the local history in order to highlight the characteristics of the local personalities, who contributed to the writing of the history of its national movement, and its various contributions to resistance to French colonialism by any means at its disposal. Contributing to introducing the flags of a region is also part of writing the local history and with it the general history of Algeria, which is replete with models and samples in different and diverse fields, so that pens raise to them or bow their heads in reverence and recognition of the intellectual effort presented to their country that enriched the political and cultural life of Algeria. From the scientific article, which follows, we wanted to present the role played by this emblematic personality, who is "Azza Abdel Qader", who stood out for his contribution to define a very influential personality, in the person of the poet. of the region, "Mustafa Benbrahim", which was introduced as a heritage of this vast region known as the city of "Mekerra".
