الملخص
الملخص أتاحت التطورات الحاصلة في عصرنا والتسارع المستمر في تكنولوجيا الإعلام والإتصال وخاصة شبكة الإنترنت، العديد من الفرص في ربح الوقت وتقليل التكاليف، لكن هذه الإيجابيات لم تكن بمعزل عن سلبيات لحقت بها، والتي من أهمها استفادة الجريمة المنظمة وعلى رأسها جريمة تبييض الأموال من هذه التسهيلات مما سهل عليها النشاط والنمو وصعوبة الكشف عنها، فبالنظرا للأهمية الكبيرة التي أصبحت تشغلها ظاهرة تبييض الأموال على المستوى الداخلي وحتى الدولي في شكلها التقليدي، فإن ما جاء به التطور التكنولوجي زاد من تعقيدات مكافحة هذه الظاهرة والحد من انتشارها. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة تبييض الأموال، وكذا تبيان العلاقة بينها وبين التطور التكنولوجي من خلال إبراز أهم الأساليب الحديثة المستعملة للتبييض عن طريق الوسائل التكنولوجية. لنصل في الأخير إلى استنتاج يضعنا أمام حقيقة أن جريمة تبييض الأموال هي جريمة قديمة متجددة، وجدت ضالتها فيما تجود به تكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال. Abstract: The developments taking place in our time and the continuous acceleration in information and communication technology, especially the Internet, have provided many opportunities to gain time and reduce costs, but these positives were not in isolation from the negatives they were afflicted with, the most important of which is the benefit of organized crime, the foremost of which is the crime of money laundering from these facilities, which It was facilitated by activity, growth and the difficulty of detecting it. In view of the great importance that the phenomenon of money laundering at the domestic and even international levels has occupied in its traditional form, the technological advances have increased the complexities of combating this phenomenon and limiting its spread. This study aims to shed light on the phenomenon of money laundering, as well as show the relationship between it and technological development by highlighting the most important modern methods used for bleaching through technological means. Finally, we come to a conclusion that puts us in front of the fact that the crime of money laundering is an old and renewed crime, which was found in what is found in the information and communication technology.
