أي دور لمنظمات المجتمع المدني الجزائرية لمواجهة أشكال الفساد؟ - مقاربة سوسيولوجية –

الملخص
يعتبر الفساد من الظواهر التي أخذت عدة أبعاد في المجتمع الجزائري بصفة عامة وفي مؤسساته المختلفة بصفة خاصة، مما تحتم على الدولة الجزائرية أن تفكر جدياً في إيجاد الحلول الكفيلة بالحد من هذه الظاهرة التي استشرت في المجتمع، لكن لا يمكن أن تكون الاجراءات التي تتخذها الجزائر لمواجهتها أن تكون فعالة مالم تأخذ الجمعيات والمنظمات ذات الطابع المدني زمام المبادرة في الوقاية منها بالدرجة الأولى، فظهرت عدة منظمات أكدت على وجوب القيام بحملات تحسيسية وإعلامية لكل فئات المجتمع بمخاطر ظاهرة الفساد والورقة التي بينا أيدينا توضح مهام منظمات المجتمع المدني في الوقاية من هذه الظاهرة في ضوء التغيرات التي تشهدها الجزائر. Algeria is going through many social, political and cultural changes, which has led to the spread of many scourges, the first of which is corruption in all its forms, which necessitated the Algerian authorities to try to find a way to reduce this phenomenon, which has spread in society in all its organs, but the measures taken by Algeria to counter this phenomenon cannot be effective unless associations and organizations of a civil nature take the lead in preventing this phenomenon in the first place, several organizations have emerged that have emphasized the need for awareness campaigns. In formative information to all groups of society about the dangers of corruption, this article explains the tasks of civil society organizations in preventing this phenomenon in light of the changes taking place in Algeria
