أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحقيق الإصلاح الإداري في الجزائر

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى تأثير تكنولوجيا المعلومات بأبعادها على الإصلاح الإداري في مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر فرع حاسي بحبح، حيث تم إختيار عينة مكونة من 26 موظفا أي 62% من مجتمع الدراسة تم إستجوابهم من خلال الإستبانة، ليتم التحقق من فرضيات الدراسة بإثباتها أو نفيها، كما توصلت هذه الدراسة لوجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات على تحقيق الإصلاح الإداري، فكان بعد صناع المعرفة الأكثر تأثيرا يليه بعد الشبكات ومن ثم البرمجيات في حين أن بعد الحواسيب الأقل تأثيرا This study aimed to highlight the extent of the impact of information technology in its dimensions on the administrative reform in the Commercial Agency for Communications Algeria, HassiBahbah branch, where the chosen sample consisting of 26 employees, or 62% of the study group, they were questioned through the questionnaire, in order to verify the hypotheses of the study, whether it was proven or denied, This study also found that there is a statistically significant effect of information technology on achieving administrative reform, it was the knowledge makers dimension most influential, then networks and then software, while the least influential computers
