الالتزام الشخصي وتقنين استبيان لقياسه على البيئة الجزائرية

الملخص
ملخص. يعد مفهوم الالتزام الشخصي من المفاهيم الحديثة نسبيا، وإن كانت له جذور قديمة وعلاقات بمفاهيم أخرى في مجال علم النفس. وظهر مفهوم الالتزام في الدراسات النفسية، عام 1960، كإضافة لمجالات الثورة المعرفية. ويقوم الالتزام الشخصي على أساس مبدأ الفروق الفردية بين الأفراد، حيث لا يكونون منفعلين نحو الأحداث بنفس الدرجة. ويقوم الالتزام الشخصي على أساس اختلاف الأفراد في استجاباتهم وسلوكهم نحو الأحداث المتعددة في حياتهم، مما يؤدي بهم إلى وجود التزامات ومواقف معينة من الحياة اليومية. وتشكل التزامات الإنسان في حياته اليومية محورا أساسيا في تفسير العديد من أنماط سلوكه، ومدى إصراره عليها وتمسكه بها، وهو ما يشير إلى مدى كون الفرد قادرا وراغبا في الأداء والإنجاز، وسعيه وإصراره على تحقيق ما يريد. ويرتبط الالتزام الشخصي بالعديد من جوانب حياة الإنسان والمحيطين به، كما يرتبط بالأحكام التقييمية للأفراد وخبراتهم نحو ما يسعون إلى الالتزام به وبالضغوط والانفعالات الخاصة. وهدفت الدراسة إلى تقنين استبيان لقياس الالتزام الشخصي على البيئة الجزائرية. تكونت عينة التقنين من 373 فردا؛ منهم 180 ذكرا و 193 أنثى. تراوحت أعمار عينة الذكور بين 15 ـ 59 سنة. بمتوسط حسابي قدره 22.92 وانحراف معياري قدره 6.97. وتراوحت أعمار الإناث بين 17 ـ 30 سنة. بمتوسط حسابي قدره 20.81 وانحراف معياري قدره 2.96 سنة. وتم سحب العينتين (الذكور والإناث) من تلاميذ وتلميذات مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي بولاية باتنة، ومن كليات جامعة الحاج لخضر ـ باتنة، وشملت الطلبة والموظفين والأساتذة، ومن مراكز التكوين المهني والتكوين شبه الطبي بمدينة باتنة. وتم حساب الصدق التمييزي والاتفاقي والتعارضي وحسب الثبات بإعادة التطبيق ومعامل ألفا كرونباخ. فجاءت المعملات كلها تؤيد صلاحية استعمال الاستبيان في البيئة الجزائرية. الكلمات المفتاحية : تقنين. استبيان. الالتزام الشخصي. البيئة الجزائرية. Summary. The concept of personal commitment is a relatively recent concept, although it has ancient roots and relationships with other concepts in the field of psychology. The concept of commitment appeared in psychological studies, in 1960, as an addition to the fields of the cognitive revolution. The personal commitment is based on the principle of individual differences between individuals, as they are not enthusiastic about events to the same degree. Personal commitment is based on the differences in individuals' responses and behavior towards multiple events in their lives, which leads them to have certain commitments and situations in daily life. Man’s obligations in his daily life constitute a main focus in explaining many patterns of his behavior, and the extent of his insistence on and adherence to them, which indicates the extent to which the individual is capable and willing to perform and achieve, and his determination and determination to achieve what he wants. Personal commitment is linked to many aspects of human life and those around him, as well as evaluative judgments of individuals and their experiences about what they seek to commit to and their own pressures and emotions. The study aimed to standardize a questionnaire to measure personal commitment to the Algerian environment. The legalization sample consisted of 373 individuals; Among them are 180 males and 193 females. The ages of the male sample ranged between 15-59 years. With a mean of 22.92 and a standard deviation of 6.97. The ages of the females ranged between 17-30 years. With a mean of 20.81 and a standard deviation of 2.96 years. The two samples (males and females) were drawn from male and female students of secondary education institutions in the Wilayat of Batna, and from the faculties of the University of Hajj Lakhdar - Batna, and included students, staff and professors, and from vocational and paramedical training centers in the city of Batna. The discriminatory, consensual, and conflict validity were calculated, according to reliability, by re-application and Cronbach's alpha coefficient.
