محددات السياسة الخارجية التركية تجاه القضية الفلسطينية وتداعياتها على الموقف الفلسطيني: الابعاد والنتائج

الملخص
الملخص: هدف البحث الى الإسهام في تقديم تفسير للموقف الفلسطيني من السياسات التركية تجاه القضية الفلسطينية، حيث اعتمد منهجية دراسة الحالة من خلال آليتين هما: الأدبيات والمواقف والأبحاث الخاصة بالموضوع، الثانية: المقابلات، ضمن عينة قصدية شملت خمسة عشر شخصية فلسطينية. خلص البحث الى أن التقييم الإيجابي الفلسطيني للسياسات التركية تعود إلى السياسة التركية المتوازنه في العلاقة مع مختلف أطراف القضية الفلسطينية، و نظرة الفلسطينين إلى تركيا كنموذج تنموي قادر على الوقوف في وجه السياسات الإسرائلية وبالذات موقفها من حصار قطاع غزة، اما العوامل السلبية فتمثلت في، التدخل التركي في الشؤون العربية الداخلية وبالذات في سوريا، والتوتر في علاقات تركيا مع القوى العربية المحورية . Abstract: The aim of the research is to contribute to providing an explanation of the Palestinian positions on the Turkish policies towards the Palestinian issue. The research adopted the case study methodology through two mechanisms: the literature, attitudes and research on the subject, the second: interviews, within an intentional sample that included fifteen Palestinian personalities. The research concluded that the positive Palestinian evaluation of Turkish policies is due to the balanced Turkish policy in the relationship with the various parties to the Palestinian cause, and the Palestinians’ view of Turkey as a development model capable of standing in the face of Israeli policies, in particular its position on the siege of the Gaza Strip. As for the negative factors represented in, Turkish interference in internal Arab affairs, particularly in Syria, and the tension in Turkey's relations with the pivotal Arab powers.
