الملخص
إنَّ دراسة الجريمة الاقتصادية و المالية لها أهميّة كبيرة ، فأفعال التَّهريب تعدَّ من الجرائم المالية ذات السَّمات الخاصة الَّتي تميَّزها عن غيرها من الجرائم، لارتباطها بالظَّروف و الأوضاع الاقتصادية ، لذلك أولى المشرَّع الجزائري أهميّة خاصّة لطرق البحث عن الجريمة الجمركية للحدّ منها ، ووسّع من دائرة الأشخاص المكلَّفين بمعاينتها لحرصه على ضبط إجراءات الكشف عنها، ووضع بين أيديهم مجموعة من الإجراءات التَّحفظية لحماية الاقتصاد الوطني ، وبعد أن حُسم الأمر بجملة من التَّدابير العينية الممثلة في الحجز، و الأخرى ماسَّة بالحرّية كتفتيش الأشخاص و المنازل ووسائل النَّقل و توقيف المخالفين. The study of economic and financial crime is of a great importance,Smuggling acts are financial offences with special characteristics that distinguish them from other offences Because it is related to economic conditions, Algerian lawmakers have attached particular importance to the search for customs crime to reduce it by the expansion of the department of persons responsible for monitoring it in order to monitor its detection procedures, they have also put in place a set of precautionary measures to protect the national economy, the order was resolved by a number of measures in kind represented in custody, as well as freedom, such as the search of persons, houses and means of transport and the arrest of offenders.
