الملخص
الملخــص يشير الواقع السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي إلى أن الدولة الجزائرية تتمتع بقدرات الدولة، حيث أنها تجمع عناصر قوة الدولة، سواء من حيث اتساع الإقليم الأرضي له، أو الكبر النسبي لعدد السكان، أو التنوع الكبير في ثرواتها المختلفة أو تعاظم قدراتها العسكرية، وغيرها، وعليه فإن الجيش هو القوة الأساسية التي تتولى السلطة والحكم وإدارة البلاد منذ الاستقلال وحتى الوقت الراهن، وقد ساهم في عمليات البناء وتنمية الجزائرية. قوة المؤسسة العسكرية جعلها مركز قوة Abstract: The political, economic and social reality indicates that the Algerian state enjoys the capabilities of the state, as it combines the elements of the state’s power, whether in terms of the breadth of its land territory, the relative large number of the population, the great diversity of its various wealth or the increase in its military capabilities, and others, and therefore the army It is the main force that holds power, governance and management of the country since independence until the present time, and has contributed to the construction and development processes of Algeria.
