الملخص
الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو الكشف عن الدوافع الضمنية وراء استمرارية حضور ثقافة الوساطة (المعريفة /العِرْف) داخل فضاء المؤسسات الحداثية بالمجتمع الجزائري. ولأجل ذلك اتخذنا المستشفى كميدان لإجراء دراستنا واعتمدنا على إحدى المقاربات السوسيولوجية المتمثلة في التحليل التاريخاني (أ. توران). وقد توصلنا من خلالها إلى أن النموذج الثقافي السائد من طرف الفئة المهيمنة داخل فضاء المستشفى، وكذا غياب التأسيس للاندماج الطوعي بالمؤسسة هما من يساهمان في استمرارية حضور الوساطة لدى الأطباء والممرضين. The purpose of this study is to reveal the implicits motives behind the continued presence of mediation culture (al-maarifa / nepotism) inside the space of modernist institutions in Algerian society. To that end, we have taken the hospital as research field and relied on one of the sociological approaches represented by historicist analysis (A. Touraine).Through it, we concluded that the cultural model prevailing by the dominant group inside the hospital space, as well as the absence of a basis for voluntary integration into the institution are those that contribute to the continuity of the presence of mediation among doctors and nurses.
