الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على اهم المعوقات التي تحول دون تفعيل عملية الاستثمار الرياضي بأندية الرابطة المحترفة الأولى لكرة القدم موبيليس من وجهة نضر رؤساء مجالس إدارة هذه الأندية، ولهذا الغرض فقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي واستمارة استبيان متكونة من 10 عبارات منقسمة الى محورين حيث وزعت على عينة قوامها 16 مفردة اختيرت بأسلوب الحصر الشامل، وبعد جمع البيانات ومعالجة النتائج احصائيا استنتج الباحثان ان العامل الاقتصادي والتشريعي الخاص بالاستثمار الرياضي يمثلان اهم عوائق تشجيع الاستثمار بالأندية المحترفة. The aim of the study was to identify the most important obstacles that prevent the activation of the process of sports investment in the clubs of the first professional football league Mobilis from the point of view of the presidents of the boards of directors of these clubs, and for this purpose we used the descriptive approach and a questionnaire form consisting of 10 phrases divided into two axes where it was distributed to a sample of 16 singles selected in the method of comprehensive inventory, After collecting data and processing the results statistically, the researchers concluded that the economic and legislative factor of sports investment is the most important obstacle to encouraging investment in professional clubs.
