الملخص
الملخص: لم يخطر ببال أحد في يوم ما، أن يعيش العالم برمته أزمة متعددة الأبعاد كنتيجة مباشرة لأزمة صحية تولدت عن وباء ظهر في آسيا وانتشر بسرعة فائقة في مختلف أنحاء المعمورة ليصبح جائحة عابرة لحدود الأقطار والقارات وممتدة في الزمن إلى ما يتعدى السنتين. والجزائر كباقي دول العالم تعرضت لهذا الوباء الخطير المعروف باسم كوفيد-19. وأدى ذلك إلى توقف شبه تام في الحياة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية والسياسية، مما أدى إلى بروز أشكال مختلفة ومتنوعة من التكاتف الاجتماعي والتضامن الآلي والعضوي في المجتمع باختلاف فئاته وأطيافه. ويعتبر هذا المقال، مقاربة سوسيولوجية لهذا التكاتف الاجتماعي من خلال تمظهراته في مجال اجتماعي محدد في المؤسسة العمالية، ومن خلال أحد أشكال التضامن وهو التضامن العضوي في مجال العمل النقابي. ويعالج المقال كيفية تعامل وتفاعل الوسط العمالي مع الواقع الجديد الذي أفرزته الجائحة، والوقوف على تجليات التكافل الاجتماعي في إطار التضامن من منظور التضامن العضوي الذي اعتبره إميل دوركايم مصطلحا وثيق الارتباط بمسألة تقسيم العمل في التنظيمات الأكثر تعقيدا بما في ذلك المؤسسات الصناعية و الخدماتية. ويكون الدافع الأساسي في هذا النوع من التضامن هو الانتماء إلى الجماعة الاجتماعية المهنية, Abstract : No one thought, one day, that the entire world would experience a multidimensional crisis as a direct result of a health crisis that emerged from an epidemic that emerged in Asia and spread very quickly across the globe to become a pandemic that crosses borders of countries and continents and extends in time to more than two years. Algeria, like the rest of the world, was exposed to this dangerous epidemic known as Covid-19. This led to an almost complete halt in social, economic, cultural and political life, which led to the emergence of different and diverse forms of social solidarity and mechanical and organic solidarity in society of all its categories and spectra. This article considers a sociological approach to this social solidarity through its manifestations in a specific social field in the labor organization, and through one of the forms of solidarity, which is organic solidarity in the field of trade union work. The article deals with how the labor community deals and interacts with the new reality created by the pandemic, and stands on the manifestations of social solidarity within the framework of solidarity from the perspective of organic solidarity, which Emile Durkheim considered a term closely related to the issue of the division of labor in the most complex organizations, including industrial and service institutions. The main motive in this kind of solidarity is belonging to the socio-professional group.
