الملخص
يعد العمل التطوعي من أبرز مؤشرات التحضر والرقي؛ باعتباره مدخلاً هاماً من مداخل التغيير والتنمية المستديمة في المجالات كافة، عبر كفالته استثمار الموارد البشرية استثماراً أمثل يحقق الكفاءة والفاعلية، وتحسينه وضع شرائح عريضة من المجتمع، ومكافحته للجهل والفقر والأمراض، وتخفيفه من صرف ميزانية الدولة، وحفظ أمن البلاد والعباد... على أن العمل التطوعي يواجه تحديات متنوعة تحول دون تحقيقه تارة، وتضعف من فاعليته كرة أخرى، فمن تحديات تعلقت بالمتطوع، وأخرى تعلقت بالمؤسسات التطوعية، وثالثة اختصت بالمجتمع، الأمر الذي يستدعي تكاتف جميع مؤسسات المجتمع من أسرة ومدرسة ووسائل إعلامية... قصد غرس ثقافة التطوع وتعزيزها في النفوس والعقول. Voluntary work is one of the most important indicators of urbanization and prosperity, since it is a core entry point for change and sustainsable development in all fields. It ensures the optimal investment for human resourses, that achieves efficiency and effectiveness, and improves it to develop broad segments of broad segments of society. Further, it limits poverty, ignorance and disease. Also, it reduces the exchange of the state budget, and preserves the security of the country and its people. However, volunteerism faces various chalenges that sometimes prevent it from being realized and weaken its effectiveness at other times. Thus, the matter is calling the solidarity of all institutions of society, such as schools, families, media and do on, for the purpose of instilling and promoting the voluntary culture.
