دور التكنولوجيا الرقمية في تعزيز النمو الاقتصادي في دول شمال أفريقيا.

الملخص
الهدف من دراستنا لهذا الموضوع هو ابراز دور التكنولوجيا الرقمية في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي خصوصا بعد جائحة كورونا، وبات الاستعداد للتحول الرقمي والتكنولوجيات الناشئة مثل الذكاء الاصطناعي وانترنت الأشياء والاتصالات امرا أساسيا لشمال افريقيا، وافريقيا ككل، لتحويل المجتمعات والاقتصادات، و لتعزيز التكامل في أفريقيا وتوليد النمو الاقتصادي الشامل، ولدراسة موضوع التنمية الرقمية كمشروع اقتصاد متكامل، يجب ان يكون مبنياً على نظرة شاملة تهتم بالبنى التحتية والمنصات والمهارات الرقميةـ والتطبيقات في المجالات الحيوية، مع السعي إلى ان يكون هذا الاقتصاد الرقمي قائماً على احترام البيانات الذاتية وعادلاً وشاملاً لتتاح إمكانيات التحول الرقمي للجميع. ABSTRACT : The aim of our study on this topic is to highlight the role of digital technology in achieving economic growth, especially after the Corona pandemic, and preparing for digital transformation and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of things and communications have become essential for North Africa, and Africa as a whole, to transform societies and economies, and to promote integration in Africa and generate growth. Comprehensive economic, and to study the issue of digital development as an integrated economy project, it must be based on a comprehensive view that is concerned with infrastructure, platforms, digital skills and applications in vital areas, while striving for this digital economy to be based on respect for self-data, fair and inclusive, so that the possibilities of digital transformation are available to all.
