عندما يذهب المريض إلى العيادة الخاصة للعلاج أو إجراء عملية جراحية فإنه يتعاقد مع إدارة تلك المؤسسة فيبرم بين المريض والعيادة الخاصة عقد يسمى عقد الاستشفاء. تلتزم العيادة اتجاه المريض أن تقدم له خدمات الفندقة المتعلقة بالإيواء مع العلاج الطبي المناسب له. When a patient goes to a private hospital for treatment or surgery, he or she enters into contracting with the management of that institution. There is therefore a contract between the patient and the institution called a hospital contract. The private clinic assumes to the patients hotel and medical prescriptions.
