الملخص
لقد مرت الثقافة الشعبية الجزائرية بمراحل تاريخية متعددة، انقسمت هذه الفترات إلى ما قبل الاحتلال الفرنسي وأثناءه وبعده، فلقت اهتماما من المؤسسة الاستعمارية وكذا المؤسسة الوطنية، وطبعت الدراسات حينها بالذاتية حينا وبالموضوعية حينا آخر، ما جعلها تعيش دوما أزمة وضبابية، وهو نفس المناخ الذي عرفه الأدب الشعبي الجزائري، فهو المولود الذي لم يلق كامل الاهتمام لينمو ويخصب، وفي هذا المقال سنحاول النبش عن جذور الاهتمام بالثقافة والأدب الشعبيين في الجزائر في هذه المراحل، وما راهنه اليوم. فهل تغير حاله أم مازال يعيش ازمة مثلما كان حتى جناح المؤسسة الاستعمارية؟ Algerian popular culture has gone through multiple historical stages, these periods were divided into before, during and after the French occupation, and it received attention from the colonial establishment as well as the national institution, and studies were printed at that time with subjectivity and objectively at other times, which made it always live in crisis and fog, which is the same climate that it knew. Algerian folk literature, for it is the birth that did not receive full attention to grow and be fertile, and in this article we will try to dig up the roots of interest in popular culture and literature in Algeria in these stages, and what it is today. Has his situation changed, or is he still experiencing a crisis, as it was even the wing of the colonial establishment?
