الملخص
يعد الحوار من بين المفاهيم الأكثر تداولا وحضورا في الساحة السياسية والفكرية خلال القرن 20 - خاصة في بعده الحضاري والديني- لاسيما في ظل تطور وسائل الإعلام وازدهار معالم الديمقراطية في أغب دول العالم، أو بسبب الصراعات والأزمات السياسية والدينية والاقتصادية، التي عاشها المجتمع العالمي وما انجر عنها من مخاطر انعكست سلبا على الإنسانية أفرادا وجماعات. هذه المخاطر استدعت حضور الحوار كضرورة إنسانية من أجل إعادة تهيئة المساحات الملغّمة، وإحالتها على منظومة من العلاقات الآمنة التي يمكن أن تقوم في ظلّها مسائل جوهرية، تتصل مباشرة بالمصلحة العامة، وتسعى إلى توفير الحد الأدنى من شروط التعايش والتفاهم بين الأفراد والجماعات. ولإنجاح الحوار يقتضي ذلك الالتزام بمجموعة من الشروط والقواعد، التي تسمح من قيام العملية التخاطبية بين أطراف الحوار، حتى تمارس في مناخ طبيعي. Dialogue is one of the most widely circulated and present concepts in the political and intellectual arena during the 20th century - particularly in its civilizational and religious dimension - particularly in view of the development of the media and the flourishing features of democracy in the world's most powerful countries, or because of the political, religious and economic conflicts and crises experienced by the world community and the dangers that have resulted from them have adversely affected humanity, individuals and groups. These risks called for dialogue as a humanitarian necessity in order to re-establish mined spaces and to refer them to a system of secure relationships in which fundamental issues, directly related to the public interest, can be established and seek to provide minimum conditions for coexistence and understanding between individuals and groups. To make the dialogue a success, it requires adherence to a set of conditions and rules, which allow the dialogue process to take place between the parties to the dialogue, so that it can take place in a normal environment.
