الملخص
حفلت كتب التاريخ الإسلامي بالوصايا، سواء كانت دينية أو أدبية أو سياسية، لا سيما إذا كانت صادرة عن أصحاب الخبرات المخلصة والصادقة في النصح والإرشاد والتوجيه. ولا شك أن أعظم الوصايا هي وصايا الأنبياء والرسل، وأعظم وصية في الأدب والأخلاق، وصية سيدنا لقمان لابنه، وكذلك وصية الرسول الخالدة لأمته في حجة الوداع. وسار الخلفاء على نهجه، واعتنى السلف بالوصايا لما لها من تأثير على نفس المتلقي، وهي وسيلة تواصل الأنبياء والمرسلين بالأمم، وكذلك الأمراء والعلماء مع شعوبهم والآباء بأبنائهم. اختلفت الوصايا في موضوعاتها ومحتوياتها باختلاف الأزمنة، فإذا دعت وصايا الأنبياء إلى وحدانية الله وعبادته، نجد وصايا الحكام والأمراء توجه لخلفائهم خلاصة تجاربهم، وترسم لهم المسارات الصحيحة التي سيتبعونها والقضايا والمشكلات التي تعترضهم في حياتهم. الوصايا وسيلة تواصل ليس بين المرسل والمتلقي فحسب، بل بين الأجيال لما تحمله من قيم ومبادئ وأفكار وتجارب، فهي نهج متكامل في الحياة. ومن الوصايا السياسية نرى أنها تحتاج للدراسة، وصية الأمير طاهر بن الحسين أمير خراسان لابنه عبد الله، التي تناقلها الناس واكتسبت شهرة في العصر العباسي الأول، وخلدتها مصادر وكتب التاريخ والأدب، لاحتوائها على قيم سياسية وأخلاقية لمن يتولى شؤون الأمة. Abstract: Islamic history books are full of commandments, whether they are religious, literary or political, especially if they are issued by those with loyal and honest experiences in advice, guidance and direction. There is no doubt that the greatest commandment is the commandments of the prophets and messengers. And the greatest commandment in literature and morals, and the commandment of our master Luqman to his son , as well as the eternal will of the Messenger to his nation in the farewell pilgrimage. And the Caliphs followed his path, and the predecessors took care of the commandments because they have an effect on the same recipient It is a means of communicating prophets and messengers with nations, as well as princes and scholars with their peoples and parents of their children, The commandments differed in their different subjects and contents with different tenses, If the commandments of the prophets call for the oneness and worship of God, we find the commandments of rulers and princes directing their successors the summary of their experiences. He shows for him the correct paths that he will follow in his life, and the issues and problems he faces in his life. The commandments are a means of communication, not between the sender and the recipient only, but between the generations because they carry the values and principles ideas , and experiences which are an integrated approach for them in life. And from the political commandment i see that it needs to be studied, the will of Prince Taher Ibn Al Hussein, prince of Khorasan to his son Abdullah, which people transmitted and gained fame in the first Abbasid era, and which hav immortalized by the sources and books of history and literature, because it contains political and moral values for those who handle the affairs of the nation
