أي دور للجامعة الجزائرية في ظل محيط اجتماعي واقتصادي متأزم

الملخص
الملخص: رغم أن الجامعة هي حاضنة ومنتجة للمعرفة ومعيار تقدم ورقي أي مجتمع ،إلا أنها تتفاعل مع محيطها الاجتماعي بما ينطوي عليه من متغيرات اقتصادية وسياسية و ثقافية،أي أن المعرفة تأخذ مفهوما تسويقيا بين من يعرضها ) الجامعة( ومن يطلبها )المجتمع) إذ أن طبيعة هذه العلاقة ومدى الحاجة إلى مخرجات الجامعة يتحدد وفقا لسياسات التكوين والبحث العلمي وطبيعة مؤسسات المجتمع وكيفية صناعة القرار. وتأسيسا على ذلك نهدف من وراء هذه المداخلة إلى محاولة الكشف عن وضع الجامعة الجزائرية في ظل عدد من التغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، التي عرفها المجتمع، مرورا بتوضيح أبرز الإصلاحات التي عرفتها منذ استقلال الدولة الوطنية إلى الوقت الراهن، وفي سياق هذا التفصيل حاولنا تفكيك عنصري المحيط من خلال تحديد عناصر العلاقة سواء بين الجامعة والمجتمع أو الجامعة بمحيطها الاقتصادي. في الأخير انتهينا إلى حصر وتحديد أهم مشاكل الجامعة وعوائق البحث العلمي بالجزائر. Abstract: Although the university is the incubator and producer of knowledge and the standard of progress of any society, but they interact with the social environment with its economic, political and cultural variables, that is, the knowledge takes a marketing concept between the university and the community . The relationship and the extent of the need for the outputs of the university is determined according to the policies of the composition and scientific research and the nature of the institutions of society and how to make decision. The aim of this article is to attempt to uncover the status of the Algerian University in light of a number of social and economic changes that the society has known, and to clarify the most prominent reforms that have been made since the independence of the national state to the present time. In the context of this detail, during the identification of elements of the relationship between the university and the community or the university in its economic environment. In the end we have finished to identify the most important problems of the university and the obstacles to scientific research in Algeria.
