الملخص
ملخص: يعتبر التّكوين في مجال الصحّة والأمن في العمل وظيفة ذات أهميّة كبيرة لدى مصالح الموارد البشريّة، فنظرا لتعقد القوانين المتعلقة بالصحّة والأمن في العمل لجأت المؤسسات إلى تقديم حصص تكوينية للعمّال بهدف الامتثال أكثر لهذه القوانين، فالكثير من المؤسسات تنظم تمارين حول الأمن وحصص تكوينية بهدف الرفع من أهميّة الصحّة والأمن في العمل لدى العمّال والتّقليل من معدل حوادث العمل، والتّحكم في طريقة العمل الآمنة والكيفية المناسبة لتشغيل الآلات والأجهزة، ذلك أنّ أي جهل لهذه الأسباب أو نقص في التّكوين حول الأخطار وطرق تجنّبها من المحتمل أن يؤدي إلى بروز مواقف وسلوكات تكون سببا في وقوع الحوادث. تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التّعرف على العلاقة الترابطية الموجودة بين التّكوين وحوادث العمل وكذا معرفة أهم الأبعاد التي يتكون منها كلّ من تكوين العمّال وحوادث العمل، وتهدف إلى تشخيص الواقع الفعلي للتّكوين في المؤسسة والتّعرف على البرامج الأكثر فعاليّة في تحقيق السلامة المهنية، كما تهدف إلى تحسين الأداء وإزالة المعوقات والمشاكل التي تؤدي إلى انخفاض الإنتاج. Summary : Training in the field of health and security at work is a function of great importance to the interests of human resources. Given the complexity of laws related to health and security at work, institutions have resorted to providing training sessions for workers in order to further comply with these laws. Many institutions organize security exercises and training sessions in order to increase The importance of health and safety at work for workers, reducing the rate of work accidents, and controlling the safe way of work and the appropriate way to operate machines and devices, as any ignorance of these reasons or a lack of training about the risks and ways to avoid them is likely to lead to the emergence of attitudes and behaviors that are the cause of the occurrence Accidents. This study seeks to identify the interconnectedness that exists between training and work accidents, as well as to know the most important dimensions that make up both the formation of workers and work accidents, and it aims to diagnose the actual reality of training in the organization and to identify the most effective programs in achieving occupational safety, as well as to improve performance. And remove the obstacles and problems that lead to low production.
