ظاهرة تمزيق الكتب المدرسيّة مع نهاية العام الدراسي لدى طلبة المدارس في محافظة رام الله والبيرة: الأسباب وإجراءات الحد منها.

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأسباب الكامنة وراء تمزيق الكتب والكراسات المدرسيّة في أفنية المدارس، أو الساحات العامة، أو الطرقات مع نهاية العام الدراسي، وكذلك تبيان الإجراءات الوقائيّة للحد من هذه الظاهرة. ومن الملاحظ بأن هذه الظاهرة لا تقتصر على مرحلة عمريّة، أو دولة، أو إقليم جغرافي معين، وإنما هي ظاهرة عالميّة. ويمكن إرجاع الأسباب الكامنة وراء هذه الظاهرة إلى عوامل عدة - آخذين بعين الاعتبار بأن حدتها تختلف من دولة إلى أخرى، ومن طالب لآخر- أهمها: نفسيّة، ومدرسيّة، ودرجة الوعي العام حول المحافظة على الملكية الشخصيّة، ومدى تنفيذ لوائح الانضباط المدرسي تجاه الطلبة الذين يمارسون سلوكيات غير سوية - كتمزيق الكتب والكراسات - من قبل ذوي الاختصاص في المدارس. ولخطورة هذه الظاهرة فقد حرصت بعض وزارات التربية والتعليم في بعض الدول وبمشاركة فاعلة من أخصائيين تربويين للحد منها من خلال صياغة لوائح انضباط مدرسي وتعميمها على كافة المدارس لتنفيذ بنودها للحد من انتشارها. This present study aims to identify the reasons behind the shredding of school books and notebooks in school yards, public squares, or roads at the end of the school year, as well as to identify the preventive measures to deter this phenomenon to a wide extent. It is noted that this phenomenon is not limited to an age group, or a country, or a specific geographical region, but rather it is a global phenomenon. The reasons behind this phenomenon can be attributed to several factors - taking into account that its severity varies from one country to another and from one student to another – and the most important of which are: Psychological, school invironment, and lack of public awareness about the preservation of personal property, and the extent to which school discipline regulations are implemented towards students who engage in abnormal behavior - such as shredding the school books and notebooks - by specialists in schools. Due to the seriousness of this phenomenon, some ministries of education in some countries, togather with the active participation of educational specialists, were keen to deter it by formulating school discipline regulations and circulating them to all schools to implement its provisions to limit its spread.
