الملخص
يعد موضوع التنمية المستدامة وتأثيرها على البيئية من المواضيع التي لاقت اهتمام العديد من الدول في الآونة الأخيرة من خلال السعي إلى تجسيد هذا المفهوم بمختلف أبعاده وهو يعتبر هدفا لكل دراسة ، والجزائر من جملة الدول التي سعت للاهتمام بهذا الجانب ، حيث واجهت عدة صعوبات في تهيئة الإقليم بما يتناسب مع متطلبات التنمية سواء القصيرة المدى أو المتوسطة و حتى الطويلة المدى ، و ترتبط بمدى تقبل الإقليم بالأساس لهذه التهيئة ، و عليه فإن موضوع الأمن البيئي في الجزائر يرتبط بواقع عملية التنمية بكل دلالاتها ، وتهدف هذه الدراسة لتحديد إشكالية موائمة عملية التنمية بمدى تحقيق الأمن البيئي في الجزائر، والذي يعبر عن محاولات لإحتواء التهديدات البيئية وجدل الإنتقال نحو التنمية المستدامة بما يتوافق مع المتطلبات البيئة ، و ربما يمكن القول أن مسألة هذه الدراسة تتعلق بتحديد ثنائية أثر التنمية المستدامة على البيئة من جهة ، و أثر البيئة على مخططات التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر من جهة أخرى. The topic of sustainable development and its impact on the environment is one of the topics that have attracted the attention of many countries in recent times by seeking to embody this concept in its various dimensions, which is considered a goal for every study, and Algeria is among the countries that sought to pay attention to this aspect, as it faced several difficulties in preparing the region In proportion to the requirements of development, whether short, medium, or even long-term, and related to the extent to which the region basically accepts this setting, and accordingly, the issue of environmental security in Algeria is related to the reality of the development process with all its connotations, and this study aims to determine the problematic of harmonizing the development process with the extent of achieving security The environment in Algeria, which expresses attempts to contain environmental threats and the controversy of the transition towards sustainable development in line with environmental requirements, and perhaps it can be said that the issue of this study is related to determining the duality of the impact of sustainable development on the environment on the one side, and the impact of the environment on sustainable development plans in Algeria On the other side.
