الهويَّة الوطنيَّة وروح المواطنة في فكر محمَّد البشير الإبراهيميّ

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز الدّور الإصلاحيّ الَّذي أدّاه العلامَّة "البشير الإبراهيميّ" تعزيزًا لروح المواطنة وحفاظا على هويّة الفرد الجزائريّ، بتطبيق قاعدة انتقدْ ثمَّ اعتقدْ، وهو ما ساهم في توعيّة الشّعب وتحقيق الشّعور بالانتماء لهذا الوطنِ، الّذي عملت فرنسا جاهدةً على طمس معالمه وفق مشروعها العابر للقوميّات. وسعى "الإبراهيميّ" إلى فك الاشتباك بين القيم الوطنيّة، وما درجَ الاستعمار على تشويهه بشتّى الأشكال، فدافع عن الكيان الجزائريّ، وعن عروبته وإسلاميّته، رافضًا للتّجنيس والإدماج. أروم في هذه المساحة البحثيَّة تسليط الضّوء على المشروع الفكريّ الّذي انتهجه "الإبراهيميّ"، والّذي أرسى من خلاله أُطُر الحفاظ على الهويّة، وبيان تجلّيات مفهوم المواطنة، ثم الإحاطة بمختلف التّحدّيات الَّتي واجهها هذا المشروع. This present study examines the reformist role played by the scholar "Mohamed Bachir El Ibrahimi" in promoting the spirit of citizenship and preserving the identity of the Algerian individual. His contribution is very apparent in building schools and mosques, forming clubs and associations, and enhancing the press and journalism. He applied his rule of “criticize and think” a rule that helped in educating the people and achieving a sense of belonging to this country, which France has worked hard to destroy in accordance with its trans-national project. El Ibrahimi sought to preserve national values and to fight the colonial policies that aimed at distorting the purity of these values. Indeed, he defended the Algerian entity, Arabism and Islamism, and rejected naturalization and integration. Thus, the study aims to highlight El Ibrahimi’s intellectual project, through which he laid down the frameworks for identity and citizenship, and scrutinized the various challenges faced by this project.
