Quality Problem Solving With Pdca Cycle

Abstract

Abstract: This study identified that is very essential to apply the PDCA cycle for solving problem quality in any organization, regardless its type or size. PDCA cycle and basic quality tools were used to analyze the problems and implement a successful solution. PDCA cycle is an iterative four steps managing technique, the Plan phase consisted of investigating the problem. The Do phase consisted of implementing the corrective actions and the effectiveness of the improvements were verified in the Check phase. The final phase of PDCA was Act where other opportunities for implementing the corrective actions would be sought. In every phase of PDCA cycle, we need to use the seven basic quality tools. الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد ضرورة تطبيق دورة PDCA لحل مشكلات الجودة في أي مؤسسة ، بغض النظر عن نوعها أو حجمها. تم استخدام دورة PDCA وأدوات الجودة الأساسية لتحليل المشكلات وتنفيذ حل ناجح. دورة PDCA هي تقنية إدارية تكرارية من أربع خطوات، و تتألف مرحلة التخطيط من التحقيق في المشكلة، تليها مرحلة التنفيذ، و يتم فيها تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية، و يتم التحقق من فعالية التحسينات في مرحلة الفحص، أما المرحلة الأخيرة من PDCA هي التحسين و فيها يتم البحث عن فرص أخرى لتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية، في كل مرحلة من مراحل دورة PDCA، نحتاج إلى استخدام الأدوات السبعة الأساسية للجودة.
